Tokyo Marathon Preparation Tour
Hello, travelers and runners. This is Kumi. Picturesque Japan Blog welcomes you to Tokyo.
We started our tour from Shinjuku station. Today, one of the main purposes of this tour for them is to learn the transportation system of Tokyo because he's running the Tokyo Marathon and she'll be taking the subway to cheer him up.
First, we visited Tokyo Teleport station by Rinkai Line.
Odaiba is really a fun place to explore.

The very first model of Shinkansen (bullet train).
The shopping street really has the 1950-60s' atmosphere.
You can see Tokyo Bay area from Decks Odaiba.
Let's take the Yurikamome Line to Shimbashi station.
Wow! The lady in front of us is having the Tokyo Marathon bag. Will she run?
We got off at Kuramae station on Toei Asakusa line because she's planning to cheer up her husband here on the Marathon day.
We explored the area.
Chose the place to wave him.
Then we walked to Asakusa and had lunch at GONPACHI.

Another teahouse was being reconstructed.
Greeted 300-year-old tree.
And felt young. :)
Came back to Shinjuku Area.
He's running the Tokyo Marathon this coming Sunday. And I decided to join her to cheer him up.
