Hello, travelers. This is  Kumi .   Picturesque Japan  Blog shows you a technique to fix backlit photos. On a sunny day, it's sometimes difficult to take good photos because of too much contrast. In that case, you could fix your photos on your phones later. (*If you are not iPhone users, you could find similar photo editing function on your phones.) First, please tap "Edit." Tap this icon. Tap "Light." Then expand the "LIGHT" menu. Tap “Shadows.” Slide the bar till the faces look bright enough. Now, tap "Highlights."  Slide the bar till the outside looks clearer. Then, tap "Contrast." Slide the bar to adjust the contrast (if necessary). Don't forget to tap "Done" to save the changes.  *If you use digital cameras and take photos indoor and the window is behind you, you could use "fill-in flash" (The flash fires regardless of the light conditi...

It was to support an event. As I had some free time before or/and after work every day, I visited a lot of temples and shrines. I took the bus #05-1 to Shin-Toyosu Sta. bus stop this morning. You could take the Yurikamome Line to Shijo-mae Sta.  I met my guide friends here today. From the station, if you go left, you can go to Block 7 (Fisheries Wholesale Market Building). If you go right, you can go to Block 6 (Fisheries Intermediate Wholesale Market Building). You may wonder what the difference is. In short, Block 7 is where you can see the tuna auction VERY early in the morning. Block 6 has restaurants and shops. Well, actually, there are some more, so I'll tell you the details with some photos. Let's go left for Block 7. Hmm... what a long hallway.
